Linda Fedrizzi-Williams
President
Central Penn College
She has served as college president for four years.
Fedrizzi-Williams manages a multi-million-dollar budget and a staff of 200, with an focus on affordability, academic quality and career-readiness. Building on a respected 141-year legacy, she oversees all academic programs, policies, accreditations, student support services, and fundraising, providing both strategy and operational oversight. “I am passionate about engaging with students and attending their games and other campus initiatives to ensure that they enjoy the most enriching college experience,” she says.
Fedrizzi-Williams says today’s anemic, post-pandemic economy challenged the college to attract more students and close a budget gap. “Uniquely tested by our ineligibility for pandemic relief dollars, we innovated by forming strategic alliances with nonprofits, corporations, and academic institutions, including HACC, mental health providers, and UPMC. We also expanded corporate education offerings and launched in-demand programs in surgical tech, dental, and medical assisting, while expanding athletic and academic opportunities,” she says.
