She has served as president for four years.
Peer describes her leadership style as a highly collaborative coach. “I hope to lead by example, and inspire and empower my team to step outside of their comfort zone to ultimately reach for their highest potential,” she said.
She was a CPA specializing in tax and personal financial planning when RKL launched its registered investment advisor (RIA) in 1999, and at that point she began to work with clients holistically across all of their wealth management needs including investments, tax, financial and estate planning.
Outside of work, Peer enjoys reading and learning during her alone time, boating in Delaware with her husband and sons, and spending social time with friends and extended family.
