will open its new, $65 million outpatient facility Monday.

Lancaster Downtown Pavilion, a four-story building at 540 N. Duke St., will
house a variety of practices, labs and facilities.

The pavilion’s pedestrian bridge over North Queen Street also will link the
main hospital and its new, 11-story parking garage.

Tenants will move into the pavilion in three phases, the
first of which kicks off Monday. 

This phase includes facilities for outpatient radiology, lab
testing, employee health and sleep disorders/pulmonary function testing, as
well as offices for Cardiothoracic Surgeons of Lancaster and Pulmonary
Associates of Lancaster.

The second and third phases will occur in January and
include outpatient physical therapy, a MRI center, an employee fitness center,
a convenience store, Family Health Services and Family & Community
Medicine.
