Lancaster County retirement community to unveil $20M addition
Horst Construction Co. recently wrapped up construction of
the $20 million Village Square Apartments at Garden
Spot Village in New Holland, Lancaster
County.
A grand opening will be held at 10 a.m. Nov. 20 to
celebrate.
The Lancaster
County general
construction company began building the 153,000-square-foot independent living facility
in September 2007. It includes 72 units spread out through six stories and
features a 54-vehicle underground garage, according to Horst.
Apartments range in size from 1,000 to 1,900 square feet and
include sunrooms or balconies and two full baths.
