Krae Consulting owner joins Recruiting Caddies

The owner of Krae Consulting has joined Middletown-based Recruiting Caddies, a firm focused on finding mid-level professionals to high-level executives. 

Kristen Pucci joined Dane Fahnestock, founder of Recruiting Caddies, on Aug. 22. 

Combined, the two bring more than 10 years of experience in recruiting and executive searches., the two said. 

“The boutique-style of Recruiting Caddies is breaking the mold and pivoting around the overhead and inefficiencies of traditional-style recruiting shops to deliver a highly personalized and results-driven experience for businesses seeking top-tier talent,” Pucci and Fahnestock said in a press release.  

Fahnestock, 39,  has over 15 years of experience in construction and related industries. As the CEO of Recruiting Caddies, he leads a team of six professional recruiters and staff who have served a broad range of organizations and industries including construction, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and transportation.

Pucci, 30,  remains the CEO of KRAE Consulting, a business and marketing consulting and management firm based out of Mechanicsburg. As the newly named co-owner of Recruiting Caddies, she provides input and oversight on the vision and growth of the organization.
