York-based Kinsley Properties has completed two new projects in Central Pennsylvania, resulting in the creation of more than 100 jobs.
A Mid-Atlantic leader in commercial real estate development, Kinsley Properties finalized properties for Mobile Climate Control and Cotterman Company. The properties are in York and Cumberland counties, respectively.
Kinsley Properties completed in March 2022 the development of a Build to Suit Project consisting of a 220,000 square feet state-of-the-art custom-built industrial flex facility in the West Manchester Business Park located off Route 30 in York County. The facility is located at 400 South Salem Church Road.
Kinsley Properties delivered the building to long-term tenant Mobile Climate Control (now Bus Climate Control) on time to help it begin operations in April 2022. Mobile Climate Control hosted the official completion of its plant consolidation efforts in December 2022.
Kinsley Properties has aided Mobile Climate Control’s growth in York County during its 15-year relationship by providing real estate solutions to meet the needs for growth. This new chapter has resulted in over 110 new jobs in York County.
The Chicago-based Cotterman Company specializes in the manufacturing of rolling metal ladders. It leased approximately 65,000 square feet of industrial–flex space in the Upper Allen Business Park in Mechanicsburg.
Kinsley Properties provided real estate, design, and construction services for Cotterman Company’s first location in Pennsylvania, which provided further growth to its manufacturing facilities. After the lease signing, Kinsley Properties’ team worked with Cotterman to provide space-planning and design services to create a functional manufacturing and office facility.
Proving project management and construction services to complete the build-out of the facility, Kinsley Properties turned the space over on time to allow Cotterman to begin operations in November 2022.
