President and Managing Principal

Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz

“My leadership style is based on collaboration and uplifting my team members to be the best they can be,” said Kenneth Wolfe, president and managing principal of Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz. “Our success is the result of a team effort, and I strive to empower those around me to develop their natural skill sets. I don’t make any decision about the future of BSSF alone; I ask my colleagues to always provide input into the direction of the firm. I am never the smartest person in the room, nor do I need to be – it’s more about using the talents of the people around me to lift the team.”

Originally, Wolfe wanted to be an engineer. Then he took an accounting class in his senior year of high school and loved it. “I was fond of math and found accounting to be both interesting and useful, so it was a great fit for my skill set and interests,” he said. “I majored in accounting and never looked back! After graduating from college, I worked for an accounting firm in the Midwest before I relocated back to Pennsylvania. I’ve been here, working in accounting and loving it ever since!”

Wolfe’s favorite nonwork thing to do is to “spend time exploring the world and making memories with my beautiful 1-year-old granddaughter, Zoey. Apart from that, I love to spend as much time as I can outside! I really enjoy playing sports and hiking with my family. My wife and I also share the travel bug – we’re fond of just picking up for the weekend and exploring little towns and destinations we’ve never seen before.”
