As a principal with Lee & Associates, Kreider specializes in industrial real estate leasing and sales, including agency and tenant representation, facility acquisition projects, asset disposition and buildto-suit development. As broker of record, he is responsible for the supervision of 26 real estate licensees in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and West Virginia.
He has practiced in the commercial real estate industry for over 34 years and joined Lee & Associates of Eastern PA in 2017.
Kreider enjoys providing clients with his expertise in evaluating their real estate portfolios and developing creative cost savings strategies. “I have had the good fortune to represent large corporations like PPG Industries, Columbia Gas, Vesuvius USA and Sunbelt Rentals, however, I get equal pleasure working with individual entrepreneurs,” he said.
“John Van Buskirk is a founding principal of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, LLC and has motivated me to strive be the most professional and ethical broker I can be and always put my fiduciary responsibilities to my clients above everything else,” Kreider said.
He reminds young people starting out in commercial real estate that it takes two to three years to fill your pipeline so you can earn what your salaried friends started making day one. “The difference is those salaries plateau for all but a few, whereas, in commercial real estate, there is no limit to the amount of wealth you can build if you are willing to work hard and dream big,” he said.
