The leadership team at RSR consists of seven partners, including Koury, who share in the responsibilities of operating an independent real estate firm and mentoring the firm’s family of agents. Koury said the firm is “blessed to have a very strong support staff that allows us to also
maintain and strengthen our own book of business”.
He joined RSR in 2000, became a partner in 2007 and was designated CEO in 2018.
He derives satisfaction from being around such a great group of people at RSR on a daily basis, including both his sons and working on real estate assignments that truly have a positive impact on so many lives. “There is no better feeling than helping your clients achieve their goals in real estate and creating future wealth for their families,” Koury said.
He said he’s been blessed with numerous mentors over the years, and most are probably not aware of the positive impact they have played in his life. They include former bosses, current and prior clients and existing associates at RSR. “We can all learn from successful people by simply recognizing how they go about their lives on a daily basis,” he said.
He advises newcomers to the real estate industry to learn from the veteran agents who have had long successful careers and recognize that each have their own way of doing business.
