For nearly two decades, Jessica Meyers has been owner and CEO of JEM Group, a construction services company. Meyers, in her role as CEO, provides leadership in strategic planning, business development and company culture. She is also passionate about her community and serves on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards.

“Like many firms in our region, our biggest challenge in 2022 was attracting and retaining talent,” she said. “We were successful in hiring 19 new team members and had a solid retention rate. We had many successful strategies, but the one I’m most proud of is the efforts from our team. We’ve worked hard to build a culture of recruitment and our team continually provides strong referrals and that’s resulted in quality hires.”
