As CEO, Meyers is responsible for strategic planning, business development, key client relationships and corporate culture. She has been the owner and CEO of JEM Group for nearly 18 years.

She said mentorship has been important at each stage of her career. “My parents instilled confidence, independence, a strong work ethic and taught me not to be afraid. All those things have been instrumental during my professional journey,” she said.
