Jerry Russo is shareholder in charge of the Harrisburg office of Tucker Arensberg. He focuses his practice on criminal law and his representation, according to his online bio, includes internal corporate investigations; pre-indictment representation; white collar criminal defense; trials and appeals in state and federal courts; corporate compliance; civil and administrative actions; tax evasion; bank fraud; professional licensure actions; government contracting fraud; health care insurance fraud; and wire fraud.
A former senior deputy district attorney in the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, he joined Tucker Arensberg in 2017. He is a member of the firm’s board of directors and co-chair of the Criminal Defense Group. Russo is a graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
