Hill has high expectations for her team and helps motivate them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. She spends time with team members listening to their feedback, perspectives, and ideas. “At Domani, I strive to cultivate a positive team dynamic focused on collaboration and where everyone is engaged and contributing,” she said.

She was drawn to financial planning because of her love of numbers and interest in helping others. It was an easy decision to pursue as a career. “While I was in college, I completed internships with the wealth management firm that is now Domani Wealth. I was fortunate enough to be offered a full-time position in 2009 even though entry-level jobs in finance were difficult to find at the time due to the economy and recession,” she said.

She enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a one-year-old son who keeps her busy. She and her husband enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, as well as exploring new restaurants. Hill always has a book that she’s reading and likes to be outdoors hiking, kayaking, and biking. She volunteers with various organizations. “I recently joined the Women in Business Lancaster Chamber Advisory Council and look forward to being a voice and providing input on the needs and interests of women professionals,” Hill said.
