Stauffer became Ephrata National Bank’s 8th president January 1, 2020. He also took up the reins as CEO on that date. He was appointed chair of ENB Financial Corporation, the bank holding company of Ephrata National Bank (ENB), in July 2020. Stauffer joined Ephrata National Bank as a teller in February 1982. He’s also served as assistant branch manager, commercial loan officer and vice president of commercial lending manager before being appointed president and CEO.
He describes himself as a community banker who enjoys building relationships with individuals and local business owners in order to help them achieve their financial goals. He is focused on providing creative financial solutions and highly responsive customer service. “My 38 years of banking experience gives me a unique perspective on the banking and financial service needs of customers in our market,” he said.
