Lobach has been with Barley Snyder for more than 30 years, and is in his ninth year as managing partner. In late 2021, the firm’s partnership voted to retain him as managing partner for two more years, which will make Lobach the longest-serving attorney in that capacity in Barley Snyder’s 65-plus-year history.
He concentrates his practice in the planning, negotiation and execution of business and real estate transactions; formation and governance of business and nonprofit entities; industrial, commercial and residential real estate development; land use and zoning; business and real estate financing; and resolution of business disputes.
