Sidhu is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Customers Bancorp, Inc. and Executive Chairman of Customers Bank. He has been with Customers Bancorp since the formation of the bank in 2009.
Sidhu is proud of building financial institutions that serve hard-working Americans and the small businesses which they own, operate, and grow. He’s also proud of enabling the American Dream: business ownership, home ownership, a great family-sustaining job, and financial security are the greatest awards one can achieve.
What he does for fun is banking. “If you don’t have fun at your occupation, find another occupation. You only have a passion for leadership and excellence if you feel passion for what you do and have fun doing it. I love what I do and the people with whom I am so fortunate to work,” Sidhu said.
