As a company leader, Grace continues to serve his corporate clients along with providing directional leadership to the firm’s team of producers while fostering a collaborative work environment for his real estate brokerage operation. As an engaged industry leader instrumental in the firm’s business development practice, he helps guide the new organization’s executive team to push the limits in
achieving new goals while helping expand the traditional expectations of a regional independent commercial real estate brokerage office.
In January 2021, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Grace acquired Landmark Commercial Realty, which
was founded in 1988.
He is proud of being able to assemble what he calls one of the most dynamic and talented brokerage teams in central Pennsylvania. He believes the firm is well-positioned to be the premier brokerage services firm within the region for the next 30 years.
Grace said it’s important to be humble and embrace each other’s input and point of view as part of a larger team in order to be a well-respected leader of an organization and someone who people will want to follow. “It’s been very important as we’ve pushed the team-first focused approach within the brokerage industry,” he said.
