Iron Valley Real Estate is taking a bigger leap into the Lancaster County residential brokerage market.

The Lebanon County company said today it opened a second office located at 1834 Oregon Pike, Suite 11 in Manheim Township, which it is leasing, said Melanie Musser, a co-owner of Iron Valley Real Estate.

Iron Valley originally dove into the Lancaster County market in June 2017 when it opened an office at 101 Millersville Road in Manor Township.

Beginning with four agents, the office has since grown to almost 40 agents in just over one year, Musser said.

During the course of its first year in Lancaster County, Iron Valley said it was approached by numerous agents about opening a second office location in Manheim Township, which is one of the most populous townships in Lancaster County.

Iron Valley Real Estate got its start in 2015 in Lebanon, since then it has opened offices in Allentown, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Halifax and Camp Hill.

The company plans to open an additional office in downtown Hershey in a new mixed-use space on Chocolate Avenue.
