Dean Baker will take on the role of president at the Lancaster-based printing company Intelligencer.
Baker joined the company in1985 as an estimator, eventually becoming a sales representative, vice president of sales and, in 2000, vice president.
As president, Baker will lead the company’s 118 employees in their commercial printing and direct mail operations.
Robert Krasne, CEO of Intelligencer parent company Steinman Communications, praised Baker’s knowledge of the business and described him in a news release as someone who “has earned the trust of his co-workers and clients.”
Baker, who lives in Lancaster, is an alum of McCaskey High School and Millersville University.
