A York County borough is set to get its first apartment complex when an 11.5-acre community breaks ground in June.

York-based construction company Inch & Co. announced this week that it plans to build a 170-unit apartment complex just outside of the Northeastern High School Stadium in Mt. Wolf Borough. The complex will be the first of its kind in the borough, according to Inch & Co.

Mt. Wolf has a population of approximately 1,392 residents, according to 2018 Census estimates.

Inch & Co.’s four-story apartment complex will feature apartments with 1-3 bedrooms and 1-2 baths. The complex will feature a club house, pet spa and fitness center available to renters.

“This active lifestyle community is perfect for families and individuals alike,” Inch & Co. wrote in a statement. “Our goal for this project is to create a community where renters can come together and be part of the Mt. Wolf community.”
