Warren Hudak, the owner of Cumberland County-based accounting firm Hudak & Co., which specializes in small-business accounts, has been named vice chairman of the state leadership council for the National Federation of Independent Business.
NFIB represents 15,000 small businesses in Pennsylvania and 350,000 nationally.
“Warren has a deep knowledge of tax policies, despite their complexity, and he understands the duplication that exists between the state and federal tax codes creating hardship for small business,” said Kevin Shivers, executive director for NFIB’s state chapter. “He has helped our state organization in so many ways by speaking publicly on behalf of small businesses, testifying on bills and even raising funds for our PAC. Warren will be a huge asset to our members in his new leadership role.”
The state leadership council is made up of business owners from nearly every business sector and from each region of the state.
