The former Ronald H. Brown Charter School at 909 Green St. in Harrisburg recently was sold to a group of Harrisburg business partners called Schoolhouse Investors.
Schoolhouse paid $800,000 for the 23,000-square-foot brick building that features 30 parking spaces, said Greg Rothman, president and chief executive officer of RSR Realtors, based in Lemoyne, Cumberland County. He represented the school in the sale.
Schoolhouse plans to transform the building into offices for lease in the short-term and possibly apartments later, Rothman said. The building was last used as a school two years ago, he said.
