The association outgrew its Camp Hill location, where it has existed for more than 20 years, said Kathy Ludwig, executive vice president of the association.
The new 11,000-square-foot former grocery store will allow the association to consolidate services under one roof and expand on-site education classes.
The property at 424 N. Enola Drive was purchased for about $500,000, and the association will invest approximately $800,000 in renovations, Ludwig said.
The association expects to move into its new home in October or November, Ludwig said.
