The second floor of Ceoltas Irish Pub in Harrisburg is under renovation and will open as a 3,000-square-foot banquet hall in September. The area previously was office space, said Stuart Delves, co-owner of Ceoltas. The room will be split into three sections or used as one, Delves said. He said he expects the room to be used for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, business meetings and other private events. Delves would not disclose the renovation cost. Ceoltas is at 310 N. Second St.
