A 40,000-square-foot addition will be built onto the Advanced Conversion Technology Inc. facility at 2001 Fulling Mill Road, in Lower Swatara Township, Dauphin County.

Developer Anthony Pascotti, who owns the building, hopes to begin development immediately and wind up construction within eight months, he said.

Advanced Conversion Technology produces custom power supplies for military and industrial companies. The company has leased the building for 19 years.

The addition will cost $4.5 million, Pascotti said.
