In brief: Harsco rebrands

Harsco Corp., based in Wormleysburg, Cumberland County,
has rebranded its three divisions to focus on the Harsco name, according to the
firm.

has rebranded its three divisions to focus on the Harsco name, according to the
firm.

Harsco also unveiled a new logo Dec. 12. Although the
company stuck with its name, the lettering uses all capitals and is slightly
stylized.

The company’s three divisions – Access Services, Mill
Services, and Minerals & Rail Services and Products – will take on the
Harsco name and change to better reflect the core businesses.

Access Services is now known as Harsco Infrastructure. The
division provides products such as concrete formwork, scaffolding and other
services and products for non-residential construction.

Mill Services becomes Harsco Metals. The division is
responsible for services such as scrap handling and materials movement at
factories that produce iron and other metals.

Minerals & Rail Services becomes Harsco Minerals &
Rail. The segment includes businesses for railway-maintenance equipment,
mining, gas production and other manufacturing.

Harsco provides industrial products and
services to companies in various sectors, including non-residential
construction, energy, steel and metals manufacturing and railways.

Harsco stocks are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol HSC.
