Mamacita Pizzeria is a 30-seat restaurant offering pizza,
subs and burgers. Owner Samir Abachnou may eventually expand the menu to
include the Moroccan food items he sells as a vendor at the Eastern Market in Lancaster County.

The Fairmont House was once known for bar fights and drug
deals until it was shut down by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and
purchased by Tabor Community Services — a Lancaster-based nonprofit
organization that offers housing and financial counseling. The group
collaborated with Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity to renovate the space
into upstairs apartments with commercial space on the first floor.
