Anchor-Duncannon, a Wormleysburg-based development group, is scheduled to begin work June 18 on a $3 million building that will house Holy Spirit Hospitals Duncannon Family Health Center and Duncannon X-Ray and Mammography Center.
The building is being constructed in the 57-acre Perry County Business Park along Route 274 in Penn Township.
The 16,189-square-foot building should be completed by November, said Robert Laughner, project manager for Anchor-Duncannon.
Holy Spirit is the parks first tenant, said Barry Leaven, president of Perry County Economic Development Corp., which is developing the park.
