Honda pays $85M to settle airbag defects case with Shapiro, 47 other AGs

American Honda Motor Co. agreed to pay a total of $85 million to 48 states including Pennsylvania to settle allegations from state Attorneys General that it concealed safety issues related to defects in frontal airbag systems installed in certain Honda and Acura vehicles.
