Homesale Realty opens Shippensburg office
The Manor Township-based company, more commonly known as Homesale Realty, has opened an office in Shippensburg, its 28th office in Pennsylvania and Maryland, to help it better serve Cumberland and Franklin counties.
The new office is located at 14 W. King St. It will be overseen by Darrell Morgan, the company’s director of operations in Carlisle.
Homesale Realty also has a Cumberland County office in Camp Hill.
The company was No. 25 in the country on last year’s Real Trends 500 list with more than 14,600 transactions and No. 55 for sales volume with about $2.9 billion.
