High to make concrete for new pro-football stadium in N.J.

High Concrete Group will manufacture the structural, precast concrete for the new, 82,000-seat Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.

High Concrete Group will manufacture the structural, precast concrete for the new, 82,000-seat Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. The New York Giants and New York Jets professional-football teams will play their home games there.

The stadium is on the site of the existing Giants Stadium and is scheduled to open for the 2010 National Football League season.

East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County-based High Concrete Group received the $22 million contract from Skanska USA Building Inc., the New Jersey-based construction manager for the $998 million design-build project, a High spokesman said.
