Medical Center plans to open medical offices in late June or July in the former Williams-Sonoma Inc. call
center, according to a leasing agent that represented the medical center.
The medical center leased the entire 30,000-square-foot
building in Camp Hill, said Michael J. Curran, associate for the Harrisburg office of
commercial real estate firm CB Richard Ellis Inc. Curran and first vice
president Jeremy Shyk represented the tenant. Curran would not disclose the
terms of the deal. The CA Hempt Estate owns the property at 3025 Market St.
Williams-Sonoma laid off roughly 330 workers early last year
when it closed the Cumberland
County call center. The San
Francisco-based kitchenware and furnishings company consolidated its operations
in two other facilities in Nevada and Oklahoma.
