Virginia-based Innovative Concepts Inc., a subsidiary of Herley Industries Inc., was awarded $2.1 million worth of contracts by the U.S. Army Aviation, according to a Herley statement. The contract is to develop an updated version of data communications technology for helicopters and ground operations.
Herley, with headquarters in Manheim Township, Lancaster County, develops and manufactures microwave technology for the defense, aerospace and medical industries.
