Harsco receives contracts worth $1 million

In Holland, Harsco is
providing rental scaffolding for neighborhood restoration projects in The Hague for work being
done by Dutch construction firm Bokx Bouw, according to Harsco. The project
includes construction of a high-rise apartment building. The work in The Hague is a 30-week
project.

In Chile,
Harsco is providing concrete-forming equipment and services for construction of
a public hospital in Santiago,
part of initiatives for the country’s 2010 Bicentennial Master Plan, according
to the company. Work in Chile
begins this month and will continue for about a year.

Harsco, based in
Wormleysburg, Cumberland
County, provides services
and products to the nonresidential construction, energy, metals production,
mining and railway industries.

Its shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol HSC.
