Harsco Corp. named Chief Executive Officer Salvatore D.
Fazzolari chairman of the company.
Fazzolari succeeds Derek C. Hathaway, whose retirement
became fully effective today, according to the company.
Hathaway retired from the CEO position in January but stayed
on as chairman until after the stockholders meeting this morning.
Fazzolari was appointed CEO Jan. 1.
Harsco, based in Wormleysburg, Cumberland County,
provides services and products to businesses, including those in the
non-residential construction, steel and metals, energy and railway sectors.
