Harrisburg, Hershey country clubs to offer joint membership

Hershey Country Club and the Country Club of Harrisburg are expanding their partnership to provide members of both clubs with more benefits and full access to all amenities.

For an additional nominal fee, members gain full access to both clubs and a multitude of additional benefits, including discounts, coupons and privileges associated with each entity, according to a news release.

HCC has about 2,500 members, said Rebecca Stevenson, spokeswoman for CCH, while CCH has about 550 members. Costs for an Alliance Members range from $90 to $150 per month for HCC members, depending on age, to $150 to $235 per month for CCH members, she added.

Hershey Country Club is very excited about the partnership of these two esteemed country clubs in the Central Pennsylvania area. The additional services, amenities, products and good times for each of our clubs are limitless with our new Alliance Membership,” said Ned Graff, general manager, Hershey Country Club.

Hershey Country Club members who choose the Alliance Membership will gain access to CCH amenities, which include the 18-hole William Flynn golf course, the club’s more than 150-acre Guadalupe Park, pool and tennis facilities, dining, hiking trails and more.

Meanwhile, HCC boasts 45 holes of golf, designed by Maurice McCarthy and George Fazio; heated pool and splash pad on the club’s property (and indoor pool access at the Hotel Hershey from September to May); tennis courts; and a 24-hour fitness center.

Additionally, members get all of the perks associated with HCC, such as discounts at various Hershey Entertainment & Resorts properties, including The Hotel Hershey and Hershey Lodge; discounts for The Spa At The Hotel Hershey; access to the indoor pool at The Hotel Hershey; and golf and tennis shop savings.

That also includes discounted Hersheypark day and season passes; presale opportunities to concerts and events; and discounts at numerous restaurants, including The Circular at The Hotel Hershey, Trevi 5, Harvest, the Hershey Grill and Cocoa Beanery, among others.

“Our new Alliance Membership with Hershey Country Club allows us to provide tremendous value and additional benefits to members of both clubs, distinguishing our collective offerings further and enhancing the experience we can provide to interested members of our community,” said Cynthia McComsey, general manager, Country Club of Harrisburg.
