The Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corp. (CREDC) have urged the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to choose a mostly vacant tract at North Sixth and Reily streets for the construction of a Federal Courthouse in Harrisburg.
