Harrisburg-based Phillips Workplace Interiors acquired by NJ-based dancker
The acquisition strengthens design and construction capabilities
Combined firm expands service reach across Northeast and Mid-Atlantic
Harrisburg-based Phillips Workplace Interiors has been acquired by dancker, an interior solutions provider headquartered in Somerville, NJ.
The acquisition expands integrated interior solutions across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Established in 1984, Phillips Workplace Interiors is commercial interiors firm known for workplace solutions, and its proprietary sub-brand, CONDIVX, which specializes in turnkey interior construction solutions. dancker specializes in integrated furniture, specialty construction, integrated technology and logistical solutions.

According to a release, the acquisition combines Phillips’ regional presence and client relationships with dancker’s infrastructure and integrated service model. In addition, the acquisition enhances the company’s ability to serve clients across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions with expanded capabilities and design-forward solutions.

dancker’s acquisition of Phillips follows the acquisitions of U.S. Business Interiors, formerly based in Capitol Heights, MD, Baltimore-based Hyperspace, Gaithersburg, Maryland-based Arbee Associates, and DBE Systems, expanding the company’s presence in the Washington-Baltimore market.
