Owner Adam Kirkpatrick decided to rebrand his company Signs Now as Image360 to better reflect the services it offers and its renovated storefront.
The name change to Image360 isn’t so much a sign of changes to come but rather a nod to what the company has been doing for a while now, although growth remains in Kirkpatrick’s forecast.
“We’ve been offering a lot more than people realize,” Kirkpatrick said.
Since Kirkpatrick took over as owner of the franchise location in 2008, he has expanded the business to include full-color graphics and electrical signage and has added a fleet of bucket trucks for projects. He runs the business with his wife, Megan, and his mother, Lynn. Kirkpatrick also employs an in-house designer.
With the rebranding also came a facelift for the company’s shop in Penn Township. Renovations included a cleaner, more professional-looking retail storefront, a work area that is closed off from customers and a new conference room for meeting with clients without shop distractions, according to Kirkpatrick.
Both Signs Now and Image360 are franchises under the parent company Alliance Franchise Brands.
