The Wolf administration on Wednesday announced 13 low-interest loans through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority. Those loans, all fixed at 2 percent and totaling $8.7 million, went to borrowers in nine counties.
One of the recipients was Mellow Mink Brewing, which is slated to open this year in Hampden Township. Mellow Mink was approved for a 10-year loan for $98,300. The loan, which was facilitated through the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corp., will help the brewery acquire machinery and equipment to be installed in its facility off the Carlisle Pike.
