Harrisburg-based mechanical services company H.B. McClure Co. has refreshed its executive team to build on recent growth, including a string of 12 acquisitions since 2010.
The employee-owned company will continue to be led by Robert Whalen, its president and CEO.
But surrounding Whalen will be a new group of leaders. They include Thomas Whalen, who will serve as CFO, and Eric Crawford, who has been named COO.
H.B. McClure also has added two new division presidents to oversee the company’s Harrisburg operations and its IT Landes division. The company acquired Montgomery County-based mechanical services company IT Landes in 2014, its largest acquisition to date. The deal helped H.B. McClure expand its reach into the Philadelphia area.
Jim Saussaman will serve as division president in Harrisburg, while Kerrin Musselman will run the IT Landes division.
Other changes include: Kyle Seaman, named senior vice president of corporate development; Brandy Shope, named named vice president of corporate communications; and Melissa Ural, named vice president of human resources.
H.B. McClure has about 520 full-time employees. The company finished 2016 with $80.8 million in revenue. It’s one of the top 100 private companies in Central Pennsylvania, by revenue, according to Business Journal records.
