First National Bank of PennsylvaniaÂ’s capital region chairman, George H. Groves, is retiring, according to the company.
Groves in 1999 founded The Legacy Bank, a Dauphin County institution that was acquired by F.N.B. in 2006. Groves will remain a member of F.N.B.Â’s capital region community board, according to the company.
F.N.B. is a subsidiary of Mercer County-based F.N.B. Corp. F.N.B.Â’s branch network includes locations in Cumberland and Dauphin counties.
