President and CEO of PSECU, George Rudolph is responsible for providing oversight, direction and support for the credit union, “including for our more than 900 professionals. As an organization entrusted with the financial assets of our more than 560,000 members, I ensure that we always make the safety and soundness of the institution and the trust of our members a No. 1 priority. Finally, I keep the organization focused on the core of why we exist: to support and service our member-owners and our many communities in Pennsylvania.”
The many challenges presented to PSECU over the last year, including supply shortages, supply of available talent and a rapidly changing macroeconomic environment, Rudolph said, “forced us to think differently in our traditional marketplace approach, pivot and iterate more quickly, and remain focused on long-term outcomes while dealing with current-day challenges.”
