Erb’s primary duties are to provide the very best customer service possible from start to finish. “We strive for complete customer satisfaction on every project,” he said.
He’s been with the Ira G. Steffy organization for 25 years and has served as president for the past 11 years.
Receiving unsolicited phone calls or emails complimenting staff for performance on projects give him the most satisfaction.
Erb said he’s had many mentors over the years. Dennis Steffy and Dennis Rineer were both great mentors during his career at Ira G. Steffy & Son. Mike Sigman has played a huge role with Erb’s spiritual growth over the past five to six years. “Last but not least, my wife, Michelle, has always supported me throughout my career and has been my rock for the past 35 years,” he said.
His best advice is that there is really no secret to success. “The key ingredients that lead to success are honesty, integrity, and hard work,” Erb said.
