Gannett Fleming credit union OKs PSECU merger
Members of the GF Employees Credit Union voted 362-50 yesterday to approve a merger with Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union.
GF Employees serves employees of Cumberland County-based Gannett Fleming Inc., which provides a range of engineering and construction-related services. GF Employees has 743 members, according to a statement from the credit unions.
Harrisburg-based PSECU is the largest credit union in Pennsylvania, with more than 335,000 members.
