In 1984, Tom Crabtree and Doug Rohrbaugh founded Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates on a single philosophy: to provide a “client-oriented” approach to architectural design.

As co-founder of Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates, Rohrbaugh has lead the firm’s marketing efforts, focusing on client relationships, establishing a position into new market sectors and implementing strategy in an effort to support the long range plan and future of the firm. He is credited with launching the firm’s long standing professional relationship with Cabela’s Retail, Inc. and establishing their first flagship, destination store located in Hamburg, PA.
