Fulton Bank to relocate Willow Valley branch

Fulton Bank is moving its Willow Valley office in Lancaster County to a new building later this month. But it’s only across the street.

The existing branch at 102 Willow Valley Square in West Lampeter Township will close April 20 at 3:00 p.m. The new office, at 2430 Willow Street Pike, also in West Lampeter Township will open April 23.

Fulton is making the move because the new building is more visible and will include additional room for a Fulton Mortgage Co. office, said bank spokeswoman Stacey Karshin.

Adam Montpetit will stay on board as branch manager.

Construction on the new location began at the end of October.

This isn’t the only relocation branch Fulton is moving. The bank is also relocating its Lititz South office.

Fulton is anticipating a mid to late May opening for Lititz South. Karshin said the bank is planning to share the official opening date early next month.

The Lititz South office will also include an additional space for mortgage services.

Karshin declined to disclose the costs of the projects.

The Willow Valley office had $125.9 million in deposits, the FDIC market share report showed.

According to its most recent earnings report, Fulton Financial Corp. had a net income of $171.75 million in 2017. That is up from $161.63 million in 2016.

The bank has $20 billion in assets and operates more than 240 offices in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Virginia through six subsidiary banks.
