He’s served as company president for 47 years. Greiner oversee all day-to-day operations, anticipates customer needs in the heavy steel fabrication world and acquires the equipment and talent required to operate a “world class job-shop with a ‘we can do that’ mindset. He also works closely with the company’s project managers to ensure that its capabilities match customers’ needs.
Greiner says the biggest challenge the past year has been employee retention and hiring new employees who already have the qualifications the company needs or who are willing to learn. “As our company continues to grow, we need dependable employees to grow with us. We are a one-of-a-kind operation and developing a team that gets excited about our unique products is a constant challenge. We have recently partnered with numerous technical schools and the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board to find and build a world-class team,” he says.
