Forty Under 40 Nomination

Complete this form to nominate an individual for Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Awards. Please know that all fields are required.

When the nomination form is completed, an automatically generated email will be sent to the nominee. To be considered for this award each nominee must complete an application. Each nominee has the opportunity to submit up to 3 letters of reference by the application deadline. These should be submitted through our letter of recommendation form https://www.cpbj.com/recommendation-letter-form/

The only information included in the judging packet will be a nomination, application and up to 3 letters of reference.

Eligibility:

Must demonstrate significant professional accomplishment within your category as well as strong civic commitment in our community;
Must be employed in Central Penn (Counties: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry or York);
Must be 39 years of age or younger by September 30 of the event year; and
May be self-nominated or nominated by another person.

While anyone can nominate, we recommend nominations come from a senior leader in the candidate’s organization or another member of the non-profit board the candidate sits on. It is then required that the nominee go through the entire application process, please see above response for more details on that.
