Complete this form to nominate an individual for the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2023 Forty Under 40 Awards. Please know that all fields are required.

Nominations are due July 28, 2023

When the nomination form is completed, an automatically generated email will be sent to the nominee. To be considered for this award each nominee must complete an application. Each nominee has the opportunity to submit up to 3 letters of reference. These should be sent to [email protected] by the application deadline August 11, 2023. The only information included in the judging packet will be a nomination, application and up to 3 letters of reference.

Eligibility:

•  Must be employed in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry or York county.
•  Must be 39 years old or younger on August 11, 2023
•  May be nominated by self or another person.
•  May not be a previous Forty Under 40 award recipient.
